Closed Gate Events for Corporate and Larger Parties
A closed gate event is where you and your party arrive, we close the gates and you have the whole place to yourselves and you can either have a structured event or an event where you are free to roam around and queue for each activity. A further explanation is outlined below.
Structured Closed Gate Events
This type of day is designed for larger groups of people, generally more than 18 persons. With a structured and well organised format, this is a great day for a staff incentive program, client entertainment day, or you could use it as a base for a new product launch. Whatever the reason you can be sure of a great response from whoever you choose to treat to this Multi Activity Day.
Guests will be kept busy during the day, and will have the opportunity to experience various activities as they move around in organised groups. The activities can be varied dependant on customer requirements. Almost anything is possible, just ask!

In the summer months we are able to operate until 9pm which enables us to be more flexible with event timings.
The example structure below is based on 30 people in 5 groups of 6 individuals.

Free Style Closed Gate Events
This is where you treat the place like your own theme park, basically you just wander around doing whatever activity takes your fancy at the time. A good choice for parties where some people may not want to do all of the activities on offer and would prefer a few turns on their favourite, or perhaps for when certain individuals can not stay for the whole day. We can also operate a queueing system if required.
Pricing - Full Day - £3300 inc VAT (e.g £110 per head based on 30 people)
On a full day event (09:30 - 16:00) we will run 5 main events as shown such as those shown in the example activities structure above and a couple of side show events to help keep everyone busy. These side shows can be team based such as plank skiing and relay races usuing electric or pedal power or they can be challenge based such as trying to balance on a unicycle. These side shows are thrown in as an extra on our closed gate events.
We do not price this type of event on a per head basis as you are simply hiring the venue, staff and vehicles for the day. We would recommend numbers of around 30 people for a full day event - the less people there are then the more drive time people will get.
Pricing - Half Day - £1800 inc VAT (e.g £100 per head based on 18 people)
On a half day event (09:30 - 13:00 or 13:30 - 17:30) we will run 3 main events and a couple of side show events to help keep everyone busy. These side shows are thrown in as an extra on our closed gate events.

Bolt-ons
There are several options that are available for your closed gate event as follows:
Cold Buffet Lunch £8 per head.
A mixture of sandwiches, snacks, cakes, biscuits and all the other stuff normally associated with a buffet lunch.
BBQ £12 per head.
A variety of meats, salads, rolls and snacks.
Professional Photographer - £250 half day or £320 full day.
Not simply snap-shots! We have a resident professional photographer who can capture your day in detail. You will receive every single shot taken in electronic format at full resolution - we do not charge on a per shot basis for these events.
On-board Video - £30 per unit
You can supply us with 2gb SD cards or you can purchase them from us on the day. We will load them in to each camera unit that you have hired and record until they are full! We will need to know how many video camera units you require at least 7 days prior to your event.
Other Services
We have an on-site design studio where we can produce photographic prints, t-shirts, mugs, mouse-mats and more which can feature pictures taken on the day or anything else that you would like amblazened on them!
